Full strength glaiver build?

what's the build for a full strength glaiver? also, what kind of clothes do they wear?

For pvp:
100 heuk 100 fire 100 force / 100 heuk 20 cold 80 fire 100 force
100 heuk 100 cold 100 fire

For pve:
100 heuk 20 cold 80 light 100 fire

Either way I prefer protector for glaive.
