:D
I usually get the top scores knifing unless it's on a very open map, then there's no point in knifing.

Now im trying to get knife for deagle, I want to get some titles with that gun and I've never seen anyone using a knife with it, it's pretty hard to be accurate with it so im using a rush build to get up close and be able to kill them.

Still wont get a very good KDr that way, as its pretty much impossible to get good killstreaks. I used to find it extremely hard to even get 2:1.

Anyway, i've just prestiged again so i'm back to UMP. UMP with marathon, stopping power and a silencer. Forgot how good this gun is. Love it. :D

I got like 25 killing spree with knife only. Marathon, light weight, commando pro and magnum with FMJ (didn't have tactical knife at the time).

I just love cold blooded but that faster sprinting is so nice too for the knife build :/ Hard choice lol, same between commando and ninja. I hate that care package bug or what ever it is...They move insanely fast.

Maybe it's not but I see it as a bug, why would someone run twice as fast when he equips some airdrop marker? :/

I class it as a bug.

Most people class it as a bug.

Not many people do it though so i dont care.

True true, although a game while back like the whole other team was like fack this and ran around with those markers...it was annoying.

well seems to make pretty much sense to run faster with a little smoke nade in the hand than with any sort of gun.

Maybe it's just me being retarded <_<

You should run faster with a pistol equipped then too and AFAIK you don't.

AFAIK, certain guns do make you run faster. Not sure if pistols effect it, but I think I saw somewhere something about primary guns affecting it.

Weapons mobility tells how fast you can move with it as far as I know.

Not only how fast (if that's a factor at all) but also how fast you can turn while aiming down the sights.

The weapon you have out at the time shouldnt affect the speed that you run at, as you will still have another weapon strapped to your back so you are still carrying the same amount of weight overall.
The only way you should run faster is if you are using a small smg such as the MP5K with something like the M9 or USP.
But then you should also run slower for every bullet you are carrying so that when you have full ammo you are at your slowest.

MW2 is an arcade shooter than uses slight realism to help it in its promotional aspects, but in actual fact it has no realism what so ever when it comes to game play... if it did you would never get a hit marker with a 50Cal.

FMJ + stopping power does the trick most of the time..

then there's those moments where you wonder how anyone could survive a shot like that =\

The sole advantage that the ACOG had in CoD4 was zooming in faster. Now, we have slight of hand pro. I don't see a reason to snipe with an ACOG scope. You cannot hold your breath and it doesn't have that great of a zoom.

Yesterday I played against a team full of of those knifers. Seriously there were no normal gun users. It was pretty annoying at the end but then again I got like 35 kills every round.

I am willing to argue that the P90 is the best SMG in the game now. With little recoil and a large clip with good mobility, it is hard to not be able to use this gun. The UMP is good, but the P90 is a better upclose gun. Even at a range, just moderate your fire rate and you can snipe people with the gun.

I gave the MP5 a chance, but is only good at spraying up close.

Another class I would consider =

P90 silenced
Striker w/ Grip
Throwing Knife
Stuns

Stopping Power Pro
Ninja Pro
Marathon Pro

It is a good class to do just about anything with.

What does grip and stun actually do? o.O

Meh the P90 is alright but I usually hold my trigger which makes it impossible to shoot someone at a range >.<

Well grip on the shotgun reduces the recoil, which is nice.

Also I am sure you have been stunned by a stun grenade before. You know, when you are blinded a little and can't move?

Flashbangs are where you can't see or hear anything for like 10 secs.
Stun is where you move slowly for like 5 secs and you can't see for like 3 secs.
