Naruto's out. Bleach and one piece prob are too. I'll post "spoilers" if no one else has once I finish watching XD. Delay was due to Xmas remember.

Basically they fight. Sasuke can't seem to land any hits on Danzou. He uses Amaterasu and summons a osprey/hawk thing.
Karin notices the eyes on Danzou's arm, then sees some in the rocks behind her. Not sure what this means.
It ends with Sasuke turning into ravens and Itachi appearing behind Danzou. o_O

Shinji's Kazanade seems to reverse all visual senses. He slashes Aizen who blocks, but gets his arm cut. Shinji does it again, but this time he misses. He's the one cut now. Aizen says his powers are too childlike and easy.

Tousen flashbacks, wakes up to see Komamura, tries to speak but can't. Komamura says his throat is too dmg, if not for his hollow form, he wouldn't be able to breathe. Komamura says he forsaw the fight and says Tousen can still hate, but don't go after revenge until you lose yourself, or else Komamura would be sad if he lost a friend like Tousen as well.

Tousen cries and asks to see Hisagi's face just once, he explodes before he can though.
Komamura goes apeshit and screams at Aizen who is gazing down below, than BOOM!
Ichigo arrives in full bankai robes. Battle begins in 2010 i guess.

Luffy is reminded that the hormones only cover up the pain and exhaustion, not treating the injury. Luffy has one chance, if he falls again, he's dead. Luffy acknowledges and goes forth.

He punches Colby in the face. XD.

Pseudo Kumas block his path but Boa saves him since they can't attack allies.
Marco gets a seastone handcuff slapped on him and Jaws is frozen solid.

10 Marines jump on Whitebeard and stabs him. He says he still has a little power left, doesn't need help, than brushes all the marines off in one smack.

Whitebeard says he can't die until his children's future are secured. Marines say watch as the blades cross downward towards Ace's head.

Ends with Luffy screaming STOP IT ALREADY!, his "king powers" or whatever explodes outwards and all the normal marines are knocked out. (Makes me wonder why they keep having normal Marines doing the execution...)

Basically Izanagi is a kekkei genkai to mangekyou sharingan. Instead of how the mangekyou sharingan creates a genjutsu effect, as in the effect is an illusion; Izanagi makes that illusion real. It also comsumes tons of chakra, but guessing by the 10 eyes danzo has, instead of taking a huge toll from the chakra loss, he takes a small loss..thus each eye closing due to the effects.

Thats my take on it. im also missing some key points, most likely that is.

My take: I doubt it requires an eye in order to use a portion of that skills; but instead it requires a massive amount of chakra, thus each eye is just another form of a chakra source.

My Guess is that it is some form of Jutsu that doesn't necessarily turn Illusion real, but the Illusion causes real damage.

Danzou summons a Tapir (Baku)

Karin notices a 60sec delay between each plummet of Danzou's chakra, seemingly it takes 60secs for Izanagi to activate. Eventually, all eyes are closed.

The chapter ends with both Danzou and Sasuke stabbed from each other. Don't know if it's the real Danzou or not.

Bleach was pretty boring. Looks like Toshiro is gonna get his ass handed to him since he got mad so quickly. Shunsui still being the bad-ass and real one that attacks while Aizen blabbers away. Chapter was pretty boring though. Just, let us fight you dumbass since you didn't attack full str when you had complete surprise.
