Starting again

So, here I am again. Last time I got bored at 50 something with 100G and stuff, I was a Modo
I heard that there was this big update so I decided to come back for a second try.
Im coming to Billows, since I heard that most of the SRF community is there.
Any help would be appriciated
If anyone has info on the new races, I would like a slice of that info especially the Arden.
Also anyone could recomend a good char, that is balanced between pvp/pve. Tyvm
