That gm probably had a bad comp and net, so he got dc because of lag.
Did you try to invite him to a party of guild?
The old GMs' names were much cooler than those new ones.
Also the homepage says, that gms will give clues, but i haven't seen any notice messages yet.

Ok, then i guess he had everything turned off. You can do that in the options menu.

You gotta realize that when a GM is on, every one around will try to f/u/ck with him/her just to get a response. I'd have every thing turned off also or just say, "Okay, look you pigeons, I'm going to start banning your ass if you keep the shit up!", in Korean of course.
