Farming with elec is hard, indeed.
He has the aoe, but it isnt that strong. I guess if you killsteal alot, you might get those items. :p

To get back to HoN. :p

Just played a game, and tried out a DPS nymphora, yes, a DPS nymphora. :p

At the end i got the next list of items:
2 x talisman of exile, 1 x ghost marchers, 1 x Great Arcane, 1 x frostwolfs skull, 1 x elder parasite

For the people that didnt know, the more creeps/heros/neutrals you hit with your stun, the higher your movement speed and attack speed for the next seconds.

So basically, Doing my stun will raise up my attack speed, elder parasite aswell, mix that with the slow of your frostwolfs skull --> a machine.
+ you just put your pod after your stun to get some extra damage on them, and to heal yourself.
Had a quad kill like this when i just teleported in the middle of the combat.
But i still havent managed to find the button that makes screenies ingame. xD

Awesome,I love builds that don't follow the metagame. I'll always remember my game yesterday,there was a DPS Accursed(with ElderParasite I believe)...man he was owning our team so bad.

That is an interesting thing indeed.

Oh and I tried my Uber-Tank Electrician against my brother, I had the totem of kuldra, behemoth's hear, shaman's headress just for the hp regen and two manatubes for some extra mp regen and post haste since it was 1v1. And even though I totally lacked damage out-putting I managed to survive a over-powered level 25 scout with every item you don't want him to have if he's in the other team for alot of time - but then - if he were a magebane my shield would've gone down even faster, but I feel rather proud. The problem is farming all that in a pub <_<

Electrician > all.

Electrician is a great ganker. Just tele to another lane, go in the jungle and pop out using cleansing shock to cast the grab. He is a team dependent hero, since all he can do is set up a kill (most of the time, however if you are up against a squishy then you can hold then nuke and finish them with auto attack).

I can`t pull his ultimate Its quite frustrating when I gather up lots of souls,but then die before using my ultimate because the channeling is so damn long -_-

Pestilence is a carry.. a pretty bs one too.

And a DPS Nymph is pretty fun, tried it once with charged hammer and elder parasite, only problem is nymph is like the most fragile hero.

Assassin's Shroud is a must on Soulstealer, I can't describe how awesome it is to pull out your ulti from the INSIDES of an enemy hero, hitting them with all of the purple thingies.

Oh and Pestilence is actually a great hero if people play him well.

Deamonic breastplate, abyssul skull, behemoths heart, armor from the passives.
Very hard to kill.
And if you look closely, you can see i had a minimum of 400 damage each hit.
(And cause of the extra attack speed from deamonic breastplate, you can actually be a dps tank :p)

True that,Pebbles is awesome.Although I thing he`s `good` when your team is actually doing well...(kinda like most heroes I guess xD).What I mean is that he cant change how the game is gonna end by himself

Anyways,he`s still an awesome hero,I played him with Shaxe(bakafish) yesterday,got 4-1

P.S: You can see your advanced stats on the website,pretty sweet. It tells you your most played hero,how many wins and losses per games,etc.

This. I was playing Soul Stealer last night and loved every minute of harassing the enemies. I was on top lane with another ranged hero and my enemies were both melee, GG.

With farmed 30 souls, I can kill lane creeps in 2 hits lolol. I never got to actually see my ulti work its magic though ):

The items I bought for Soul Stealer were:
-Steam Boots
-Bottle
-2x Fort. Bracers
-Assassin's Shroud
-Shrunken Head

And I got Post Haste really late game too :3

Man, accursed is monster. When I play him I am average/bad. However I have seen people play him beastly and rack some nice kills. He is useful through out the whole game.

Oh thats just a mod I have installed, tells me how much hp and mp everyone has, great for legionaire and some other heroes.

Latest item would be Fenrir's Fang and latest hero would be Deadwood(new concept). We actually didn't get an update for a while,but thats probably because of the holydays. There was words from an S2 admin about new heroes comming really soon.


On another note,anyone is "good" with Kraken?I'd need some tips. I started playing him more often,he's great fun. I just needs some tips and maybe what build to go for.

P.S: Everyone should get Bard UI & Channeling Bar mod,or your HoN experience is sad (I'll post a quick guide on how to install them later on)

ulti -> click behind your tower/near your allies/base/whatever you feel like -> tsunami charge to the enemies, just try to get as many as possible, wont be hard since you'll be walking really fast and they will be really slow -> rape -> your team loves you -> profit.´

Shrunken Head is also a nice item so that the enemies wont stun or slow you when you charge in. Runed Axe scales well with his first skill and also gives you some extra powah to wack everyone.

Quick Guide on Installing Mods
Alright,here's my quick guide for SRF on how to install mods.

Mods basically makes your HoN experience way better Theres mods for everything. From replacing the Items pictures & names to the DotA one(DotA mod) to being able to customise everything of your interface(MiniUI,BardUI,TinyUI,etc.).

First thing you wanna do is use HoNMod. HoNMod is an application that manages all your Mods,you can disable/enable them,etc.

You can place it wherever you want

Now you want the mods Browse this link to look for Mods,they are in alphabetical order.

Select the one that seems interesting,read about it and download Save it where you want.

Now open your HoNMod. Select your Mod(where ever u saved it) and drag it into the HoNMod window. Be sure to Enable all your mods. Then all you have to do is click File --> Apply Mods. If all your mods are compatible with each other,it will say "Great Success". There you go =) Now your playing HoN with awesome mods.

Here's two awesome mods I'd suggest you guys to get.

Bard UI : This mods change your party window interface. You'll be able to see your allies skill bar and gold. Cool thing is that you get to see when the Cool Down on your allies spell is off,really useful in team fight.

Channeling Bar: Pretty self-explanatory. A Channeling Bar will appear whenever you use a spell that requires to be channeled. Its perfect for Magmus,Scout,Voodo,etc Ult.
