Hell, you could do all the above and dual i7's if they made a triple pci-e server board for i7. They have the dual boards, but I doubt any have 3 pci-e slots.

Well to soften the attitude of others, If those specs are indiviual pieces then that is not worth it, that should run about 3k. Now for the ram, everything is fine except for the ram. Now unless you need it for an excessive amount of work and program operations running, 4gb of ram is well more than enough for todays standard, now you use you computer like a work horse as I do, 24gb is still a bit more than you would need, I get along with 12gb of ram, which my mobo maxs out on but thats what you should consider, btw go for DDR3 ram life is way better with it
