Xbox 360 Headset
What kind do you suggest for one? My budget is $60.
I'm also hearing impaired(i use hearing aids) so no fancy clip-on ear mics.

I spent about 45$ (gift card) on the TurtleBeach X1s, they are great to me, sound good and very comfortable.

Re: Xbox 360 Headset
So you keep hearing aids in while using headsets for games? I'm hearing impaired too (considered legally deaf in fact), but I take them out and turn up the headset enough so I can hear through it. Just feels too uncomfortable for me to have hearing aids in plus the headset over them.

Re: Xbox 360 Headset
I put my hearing aids on "T" whenever I'm on the phone, talking to people on mic, etc. so that the sound will drown out around me and it'll make me hear better.
EDIT: I never really have problems with being uncomfortable ususally.

I use T for the phone too. Ah well, once in a while I find a headset that fits fine with my hearing aids though. Enough offtopic though.

Re: Xbox 360 Headset
confirmed, had turtle beaches for about a year and a half now, still working perfect
although they do get uncomfortable if you have them on for a while with no breaks.

Re: Xbox 360 Headset
I have the turtle beach x41 or something like that.
I really like it but I hate how the wire between the headset and the controller unplugs on both ends. When i'm moving the wire always gets pulled out because it's too long and my headset makes retarded noises in parties until I turn it off and on again.
Also, because it always gets pulled out, it's goes in loose now and sometimes even falls out.

@ Hammer,
Yeah I had kind of the same problem. My xbox reads all my games except MW2. I just keep opening and closing the tray until it reads it(takes like 20 min).
@Ownage,
Can you play the games on your HDD without inserting the disc, because I installed MW2 once I got my xbox to read it and it still asks me to insert the disc when I press play on HDD.

Re: Xbox 360 Headset
When that happens to me I just remove any game that's inside the cd tray, power the xbox off, turn it back on and it works.
