Hmm, it's complicated but I'll try to explain.

I haven't talk to her for about 4 years, and that time we only saw each other like 5 mins. And the time before that was when I was 6 or younger and that doesn't really count cause I don't remember her.

So, we're not close at all, and I don't even have or MSN or Fb so I can't ask her anyhow.

They've lived in Germany when I was in Turkey about 10 years ago, and when they moved back to Turkey we moved abroad for 9 years.

Oh =/ Well I don't know any programs, but you could try spotting some moles or little scars on her face(or somewhere else) and compare.
