besides, the fact you are plvling means you are building a main defensive char, which kills rather slow, therefore if you plan on creating a plvl char, you wont get bored because of the high dmg and fast kills, and in the process you will guarantee a "rollback" feature incase your farm/plvl product fails. agree/disagree?
It's a waste of time not because it takes too long, but because I find power leveling boring, on both sides. If I'm getting power leveled, I'm just sitting on a horse watching my exp bar go up. Boring. If I'm power leveling other people, I'm generally killing really low level mobs, which would happen quickly, all 1-hit, but providing no benefit really for my character (I could be getting better exp for myself on higher mobs.)
In the end, I'd rather just play the game with my main. Sure it will take longer, but I'm just playing and having fun.
I just think power leveling itself is helping to ruin the game. It makes everyone high level, so the few that choose not to do it are left behind with almost no community to play with, no one stalling low level equipment, etc. A lot of power levelers are greedy and think they own every decent grind spot on the map, even if I got there first.
If power leveling didn't exist (and botting) there would be more of a balance across the level ranges. Lower level players would be able to do more things (like jobbing).
