How to get SilkRoad to work (no really)

i guess it could be takeing to long to send the info and it times out because of the proxy thats the only thing i can think of.

i'm looking for more proxies...

Ok Kode the icon next too my clock on my taskbar the Proxifier icon keeps moving Blue left, is it working or did i do something wrong

when i clicked on SRO i did not get that error thing like i have been but where the updates is there is nothing there just

the blue is network traffic on the proxy and the have to wate for the play button to appear.. "proxy is slow"

You can try useing one of the other 2 i found and posted dipinding of server load and where you are and where they "the proxy" is one of the others might be faster for you.

Try the other ones not much else you can do...untill i find more proxy's....i've test over 500 now. and gotten 3 to work.

well two of them worked i know of

but the time expired i think that is why it failed

man i am only getting the HTTP proxys .. i didn't get any socks5 proxy yet .. still looking for a live one hehe

you know the IP addresses you added to the list to join the game with... those .. there are many diff proxy protocols and i think we need the socks version 5 proxy

socks5 is just a type of proxy there is http socks4 and socks5, a proxy is basicly a filter from you to who you connect to.

So you connect to the proxy and the proxy connects to silkroad so as far as joymax knows it's the proxy connecting to them not you.

you have to keep it on because of the way they run there servers.

you have to have the proxy soft one as long as u play the game
