Alchemy Question

I have a question about Alchemy. Is there a specific level to make Seal of Moon items and stuff and seal of sun, etc. I would also like to know how to do stuff similar to that. I only know of att. enhance were you put it in with some weapon/shield/w/e/ elixir and put in some luck powder and there you go. Let me know

First of all dude, look this shit up in YouTube! Second of all, Any kinda of Sox(seal of star,moon,sun) you cant make them there drops(luck guys get them), only thing you can do it them is what we call get lucky that when you make a weapon or gear + something +3+4+5 which will make look really good on your weaps, make better weap you going need alot of tabs, elemnts, make the + you going need elixirs and lucky poweder(that you can buy) you can buy all the rest or find your self. But like i sayed YouTube is better place look up shit like this mostly about Alchemy.

Apart from that, the thing with the 90 million gold can happen if you only see your character once or twice a week while it's busy leveling and you're busy buying gold.
