I played on beta via a proxy because it had the taunt FS skill and might wish, the new bm2 FB updates, which na/eu cabal didn't have at that time.
If u guys click that site and it redirects you to cabalonline.net that means you cannot play.

Global actually means that you can play it if you're not from one of the countries that already have license.
For example: if you're Egypt, which has no license, you can play it, but if you're from any country of Europe, whose license is owned by GM.com, you just play Cabal Online EU, not the global version.

Cabal also continues to get much better so if anyone wants to play the global or any other version you will probably have a good bit of fun.

Spoiler!

They added 2 new instances, some items now are bind on pick up so the drop rate is a bit better now. New rune system for customizing your character, guild warehouse, and a few other minor stuff like linking items in chat now. It's the small stuff that goes a long way. That was just a few months ago. Now they have another major update coming that will probably be implemented in the EU/NA versions before the end of this year(Well at least for the EU version anyway.) It really shows that Estsoft was aiming for this game to be a P2P game.

I play Aion mainly but I hop on Cabal a few days a week because I still have many friends who play. I have more fun on Cabal than I do on Aion. Going to Nation War never gets old. I don't know about the EU version but the NA version took a big hit when Aion came out because the majority of the top players left for Aion and many of the strong guilds don't exist anymore or are simply much weaker now. I wish I could play the EU version because I here Nation War is completely full most of the time. There is still a solid number of people who still play on the NA version though.

On a side note, it seems that most people who are coming from Korean F2P games are some of the best people on their servers on Aion. I looked up a few of the people who you could say were the best on Cabal NA and they're doing pretty well on Aion.

I don't really know what's so exciting about Aion. I never played it, but I saw some vids. It has a better graphic than Cabal, yes -my PC would not support that anyway- but hell of..its gameplay is awful.

So I here the Koreans are testing a new dungeon, a new UI, new skill bar, and a new set of gear.
Spoiler!

Those helper T quests are now worth doing now. They give 500k each and some of them give force core highest. Since force core highest aren't a common drop anymore, they sell for quite a bit. I don't think they will be adding in new skills or new classes anytime soon. They seem to be focused on adding more content for the lower levels(1-140), more quests, and giving them more of a reason to continue playing. Some of the new lower level solo dungeons have easy normal and hard modes so even high levels can do them. The group lower levels dungeons drop gear such as this and according to a Cabal EU GM it's a common drop.

Update coming today in EU and I got my friend banned last Friday while I was using his character. For botting.
For your information, I wasn't botting. I don't know if GM.com is still as trustable as it used to be to my eyes.

Wow..those new updates are really something to look forward to. Hopefully Pluma stops dropping retarded shit like FCHs. It's really annoying. =S

Also, regarding ESTSoft's credibility - I don't trust them. They banned me along with a number of people before for "hacking" even though they were well aware that there's a strong probability that it was just a false negative coming from their security system. Not to mention, they were willing to ban us without showing evidence and no specific reason. They eventually lifted the ban on some of us after a lot of work and effort from our side but it's still a pretty damn good reason to doubt them.

And I think Realest got banned for no reason as well. If I'm not mistaken.

That's either OGPlanet or GM.com's fault. Not ESTSoft's.

Anyway..cool new martial

Yea, I got banned and they never told me why. I had a friend who had been banned for a long time and after a staff change at OGP, he asked again and he was recently unbanned.

The new low level martial is still ugly...

NA just got the new patch. It's real nice. I'm sort of glad they got rid of the crappy DT dungeons and skill books are now drops.

Spoiler!

EstSoft will now be running Cabal NA so if you have a Cabal NA account, head over to http://www.cabal.com to have it transferred.

While we had hoped to continue operating the game as part of our services, the game’s developers, EST Soft, has unfortunately decided not to extend our contract for Cabal Online.

So it is with regret that we must announce that Cabal Online will end live service on March 31, 2010.

Haha, the day of my birthday. So,is ESTSoft a good or bad thing?

I don't know why I stopped playing Cabal though =O I enjoyed the game and leveling, almost had my BM2 =( [Lv.44] Leveling was quite fast to be honest,or at least the sick spell/skill animation made it easy.

I'm not sure. I think they just opened a US office or something.

I had a lot of fun in Cabal but when I got banned for no reason that sort of killed my interest in the game. I'm hoping that they will transfer my banned account.

They did quite a bit of tweaking to the low level stuff so it is probably even more enjoyable now.
