Can't really link to youtube from my phone but Spectra Paris has an awesome cover of Mad World by Tears For Fears IIRC. Also several good Sisters of Mercy covers. Unheilig does a great cover of This Corrosion. ASP does a cover of Amphetamine Logic I love as much if not more than the original.

Really hard to out do sisters of mercy the covers though really capture the sound and add just a bit to them though.
