Well, apparently Australia has 5 cities in the top 20, while Canada only has 3. That surely has to count for something.

Either way, both countries have dominated this and many other lists for decades, and if that's a trend to go by; they will continue to do so for decades to come.

my vote goes to Melbourne, Australia, i lived there for year and a half and i could live there (lot's of croats there so i don't forget my language ). but still Vinkovci, Croatia is my No.1 choice
