Aion US Beta Weekends

Didn't see anyone mention it yet so.. they banned 16,000 bots across all servers on Monday, then another 11,000 yesterday (Wednesday). It's really noticeable too, at least on my server.

btw Tosh the elyos are on the bottom, as they get all the sunshine.. while the asmos are emos in the dark :v (At least I'm pretty sure that is what it said in the beginning little movie)

Made 45 today and just.. wow. So many quests you get to do in Brusthonin. I managed to get to around 50% with about 3hours or 4. Not sure.. but that just win. Takes me like a week to level since I'm lazy rofl.

Also decided to level my expert armorsmithing and was going poor. Decided to spend 1.5mil to either make 4mil or sell the shitty expert blue for 1.5mil. 500k left over and I managed to make the gold. I'm just happy lol. I need to craft more though <_<" Theres a guy named Knight in Siel that has no joke over 100mil already just from selling crafted golds from the start. This guy is a genius.

I'm atm working on miragent pauldrons got a longgg grind ahead of me. >.>

Yea it sucks that you can't extract them. Last night in Dark Poeta we found sin gold gloves from one of the controller things and sin gold dagger from the A rank boss. We didn't have a sin in our group sadly.

^My legion has farmed the Queen for a few weeks now.. so far we got 2 orbs and 1 mace. Mace went to a templar. =/ A glad also rolled on the mace and apparently everyone yelled at him for being retarded lol.

I wish she would drop me an orb... I think it may just be a fact that the majority of glads are retards. We killed Alukina a few days ago and she dropped a greatsword. A glad got mad and quit the legion because we wouldn't let him roll on it since its logical that only people who need something can roll for it. He already has the lvl 46 gold plat coin greatsword AND Hutkin's Greatsword which is better than Alukina's anyway yet apparently it's not enough and we're greedy for not letting him roll on it.

We just had alot of PvP on our server just now. Prepare for lots of pics...

They eventually got the gate down and started beating on the general but by the time they started the rest of the Asmos had finished taking Roah from the Elyos and were heading over to help us defend. They got the guardian to about 25% and then we wiped them. The Elyos are on our servers give up real easy and are rarely in the abyss outside of fort times with the exception of a few legions so we decided to take the fight to their teleporters while they're still in the abyss.

I think we were PvPing there for about 15mins there without a kisk. It was alot of fun. It's 3AM right now my time and I think they're trying to take over one of those small towns in Heiron or something.


As for training in the dreadgion, my groups usually have no trouble with it. Root one guy, fear the other, etc. Most I ever had were 6 or 7 mobs on my group but my templar managed to handle it. There is this one guy named Faded who ALWAYS trains. Fortunately, I have never loss a dreadgion match because of training. If we lost it was because my group sucked or we got outplayed.

Mace, dagger, and sword is the only reason why you should roll. Just that.. greatswords is the same really. 95% of glads I've seen so far are retarded.

As for flying into the other race's landing.. I don't think NCsoft has ever made an announcement if it's bannable yet. You can use the teleports at the landings. Meaning you can go to their nub island that has no rift.

Siel is pretty gay imo. We have 2 amazing legions and then a bunch of others that helps us out. Except being in Warbone sucks because the leader feels all butthurt when ever someone says something 'negative' when in reality it's trying to open our eyes the stuff we missed. He's also butthurt about losing the number 1 rank in abyss points.

As for fort raids we got the amazing exploiting benny lava having a hella ton of 50s and gold gear. Just too bad when they wipe one time they give up.

Triniel is ok. Not the best, but based on what I been seeing on AionSource, it probably is one of the best for PvP.

And I see they are having double exp(mob exp, crafting exp, gathering exp) on the weekends for the next few weeks for characters 1-35 and permanently decreasing soul healing. Time to level up some alts. lol

Earth spirit is best for grinding, you should start soloing elites from kaiden mine and wind spirit would be best for elites until you get fire spirit 4.

That would be my tips. o.o I'm currently playing a sin which is 29 atm, for the weekend double exp I'll make a ranger. Then will see which one i will cap out next. o_O

My sin is lvl 23. I'm trying to get it to lvl 25 before the weekend of double exp. Being a level 50 SM isn't fun at all. I get focused fired and CC all the time so I rarely have time to do anything but use fear and roll over and die.

Seems better than being an assassin. I run around in asmo land for 20 minutes looking for someone to kill then I get CC'd twice in a row and they run away. In the abyss people just fly away..No chance to catch them.

I've only played Korean MMOs and most of them have no content from the standards of some Western MMO players. I'm sort of use to doing the same thing from the moment I reach xx level to endgame so it just seems normal to me. Having new stuff to do once I reach "endgame" just seems like a bonus to me.

Anyway, pets can fly now so I'm going to have to put my glad and sin on hold for a while why I do some ganking in the abyss.

SMs are garbage in an alliance. They're only 'op' in a 1vs1 or even in a group vs group. Also high magic resist against them = win.
