First off even if they had chips in 20 dollar bills what would that prove to accomplish. They would be tracking pretty much everyone who has money…

Its clear this gues a whack job, he knows no one is going to chance wasting 20 dollars or Farking up their microwave for his shinnanagins. Run your microwave with only a paper towell in it and watch the bitch burn out.
