You know im actually starting to wonder why they even bothered making a damn test server.

There was barely any checks BEFORE ppl got to 100.
Now that everyone is lvl 100 theres almost constantly check. you get to play 10 minutes or so and then it kicks you off again.

The param error is freakin annoying as hell.
I quite honestly do not believe they are fixing bugs that users report, they only do that on vip anyway imo. So what was the god forsaken point of opening a test server when we barely get to test any which MUST mean that they find the bugs themselves and take servers under inspection. Really annoying sigh.

Its not like Im addicted, really not and im not here to go about being a crybaby and stuff. its just i was thinking if they made a testserver i would actually get to test the update and so far i played about 10 mins in total which i spent to skill 2 out of 3 chars buy pets and gear and put my stat points.. i have not once managed to run out of town to kill a mob... and the week is almost over

I know this is a test server, but I would love it if they just made a all lvl 100 server just for us to play, pvp, job in.

Oh no, im not disagreeing with you at all. Im saying and thinking the same, but its just really really hard to go out and test ANYTHING if the server is in check status so much, i could care less about my levels or anything like that i would even play if we had to test a 20 cap or something ROFL


to the disabling globals.. better would be adding like a 5 min cool down or 10 min even, but with them completely disabled the week will be hard as nobody can announce their items theyve got for sale which might give others the chance to test more efficiently because of less death. and also when i actually get to get ingame thats my very least place of information rofl... looks like the ecsro forums arent gonna open anytime soon

yea i know there's a bug in that skill, im a bower, no blade skills, i knew that, i didnt even put my cursor on it, cuz when i skilled my blader i crashed many times when i done so lol, well, maybe ill be fine after this restart

Try to understand how the GM's think.
This isn't a company, but just a team of gamers.
They want to create a server as nice as possible FOR US!

They are checking and restarting the server because they want to fix the bugs FOR US!

Their goal is all FOR US!

When after a week there are still bugs, they will let the server stay up for a week more, because they want all the bugs out and a server as nice as possible. Your know for whom? FOR US!

Man it seems you really believe into everything your being told.
So you think they do all this for us? and you think they are not a company?

Just alone the fact that they sell premium items in a form of donation items for real money makes them to a company because they deal with money products in a game.
they are no less a company than joymax or CIMO its just that the team of GMs is full of impolite unprofessional kids that think just because they are admins they can do EVERYTHING they want.
If they made all of this just for us without earning a dime from our money or not caring about the money then they would NOT ban you just because you went pink on them or shit like that.
But really they take ur money and if you dont crawl up their asses all day long they will eventually ban you. Been there done that, cant prove me otherwise.

However GMs proclaim they dont earn a single cent from the silk money, which i quite honestly do not believe. They say that all the money goes to ocean and that they only work as GMs to give ppl a nice server to play on, something thats at least better than isro.
But for a matter of fact if they did it just in their free time, then they work way too unprofessional, if i did it in my freetime for others and not for the money i would invest more respect into the whole deal and towards the members.

Anyway im not here to turn this into a flame thread so please just dont let it become one.
I was just trying to open your eyes a bit to give you a hint how it looks BEHIND their little happy world

What if you were a gamer with excellent programming skills.
What if you play a game which really is terrible at some times.
What if you can create this game, but better, yourself.
Sure, you can earn some money, and that is what you do!

currently i am trying to find any bugs in the media.pk2 and sro_client (the only things that are different from the normal ecsro) so if i cant fix anything then the problems are server side.

I just crit 18k on a glavier and got disconnected. looked pretty awesome. I'm sure he's not going to forget that crit for a long time
