It makes no sense that a tiny midget can tank well.


Got ganked and corpse camped during the STV fishing contest.

True, Gnomes shouldn't be tanks, but when you tank something that is 100 times bigger then you and own it, well you just have to giggle.

my guild did 10man maly. downed in 4 attempts. no one needed any of the drops so we de/ed them but champion of the frozen wastes titles were passed out

1shotted FL, deconstructer and Kologarn, 2shotted crazy cat lady followed by a horrible attempts on Hodir due to people not moving followed by them dying.

Finally got JC up to BC levels, getting all those Huge Emeralds for the last 10 levels was a huge pain in the ass.

It gets easier. If your at the BC level its home stretch with the petty gems. Those can cost different ammounts on different days; check the AH and if you find em for 1g each or less buy them up, cuz tomorrow they might cost 5g each.

Same with the WOTLK uncommon gems.

On Vodka I had to make 4-5 different things to get over the 300 hump due to AH availability, and I had to solo strat a few times to get essence of undeath for 10 of the items I made. People also gouge if theres a few people leveling JC.... stupid green low level gems like the diamonds and emeraldz can go from 1g to 20g in a heartbeat. And if they saw you buy the diamonds, they'll list more for twice the price. McJackasses

Killed beasts and jaraxxus in togc25 then got stuck at faction champs.. had no particular tactic except nuke healers so.

Last night got TOGC10 down to Anub with 43 attempts left and the proceeded to bang our heads on him for an hour before we called it. My GM opened the crate after faction champions and said in vent "Our casters are about to jizz on themselves!" and I walk away with Fetish of Volatile Power for my lock.

Got my hunter to 33 and still having a blast.

We got to heroic anub with 50 attempts left but then banged our heads against em for two evenings. Got em down last night

The thing that made it alll different was changing our group drastically and taking 3 melee dps and tanking every add spawn on the boss. Cleave/WW/DS/HB damage on both the adds and boss, only melees took down adds too. Kept the couple ranged DPS on boss at all times to get him to PH3 with only one burrow phase. When PH3 began, I still tanked the adds next to the boss for splash damage, but off the ice patch. Splash damage forced them all to submerge and only had to keep an eye out to shockwave stun if they used special abil. All DPS on boss from 30% to 0%. Went something like this

First 2 adds - melee switch n kill, splashing boss
Second 2 adds - splash damage, finish off during kite phase
First 2 adds after emerge - melee switch n kill
Second 2 adds - splash damage, but bring boss to 30%
Phase 3 began, melee finished those 2, which are low from splash
Any adds from here ---> submerge bye

Dropped Herbalism on warlock and picked up JC. Spent 4000g power leveling it to grand master. Wil get 450 tommorow with free mats from guild bank .

That trinket is not anything I'd use.

Start running VoA/Ony/daily heroic for some Triumph emblems and get some T9 or other ilvl 245 items.
Onyxia isn't a hard fight and you'll probably will be able to cope with it and drops some nice loot.
ToC10 isn't really that hard (from a DPS point of view)

Downed XT Hard mode for first time with guild. Was a great night as its our first proper hard mode kill on 25man.

Also got my shaman to 63. (Yes i have a shaman... You didnt know? Well, now you do.)

Ah. We only has NRB down for heroic 25. Our guild has taken a turn to the casual side; say "heroic 25" and people dodge it, don't show, call off etc. Has caused alot of fightning and drama as of late, with our future uncertain. We had a few solid nights of it, but we played musical DC's and 'I gotta go's'

Lets see:

Got onyxia pet.
Got all bounty achievements except for 5 more rogues (need another set of dailies for that one)
Did twins and anub on 25 with the guild (finishing from Wednesday when people failed the orbs)
Did ony 25 with the guild and found out that DBM gives a warning when the ony pet deep breaths making it highly annoying.
Then attempted Hodir twice with 3-4 healers but without succes and had some minor guild drama about previous events.

Lvled the shaman to 76 and lava burst makes things too boring. Now I know for sure that I'll go resto/enh.

So last night I did the daily then got called to heal a continued Uld 25 run that I had missed the start of.

They hadn't progressed from where we had called it last time (Cat lady) then we proceeded to wipe on her 6 or 7 times until it was called again.

Then the GL wasnt interested in running anything else so I pugged ToC 25 which fell apart at FC.

Cleared toc 25 with the guild, got two trophys and finally done with the BIS 245 set for me, also had a smooth run on beasts/jaraxxus/faction champs in togc 25 and left twins/anub for tomorrow - got bloodbath belt from the heroic version now.. my BIS stuff is finally getting together :>
