De-Leveling Skills?

De-Leveling Skills?
ok so i lvled up in ice shot and ground charge in order to get frozen spear... can i de-level in those skills and stll lvl up in frozen spear and meteor?

Yeah you can delevel any skills you want...but if it was req to get a skill to unlock a skill..then you gotta delv both.

AFAIK the only wiz skill you can delv while keeping the higher skill is life turnover.
