Nothing too hard for you PhotoShop/GIMP/PaintPro's pro(wow that sounded repetetive)

I'd like an avatar of the characters face on my signature.If you can,make it the best quality and the biggest size the forum can handle.I would also like to have the sides blurred a bit.

As you can see I'v tried,but failed. Dont know how you guys upload such nice quality avatars,JPEG format just kills it

your avatars =) Was gonna ask for blurred borders,but yours actually look better.
