Google? From what comes to mind, College offers up to AA or technical degrees while Universities will offer multidisciplinary bachelors, ph.d. and Masters.

First round of decisions were sent out 2 weeks ago so thats like October 22. 2nd round decisions were sent out today

Grats get ready to get butt raped in winters though freaking cold there.. my cousin got scholarship in their math department he said he has to take a 2-3 hot bath after coming back from class to feel his toes xD.. I'll be applying there for masters soon o.o
