Guild Emblem, Please help

so, i had a guild emblem to match my union emblem, but when i put the guild emblem, it became something like this THROUGH MY COMPUTER.



to other people, my guild emblem is White. Any way to fix this? i just waisted 20k guild points, and i need to waist another 30k to delete, and put it new... im pretty pissed off.

did you enter the guild emblem while you were using a mac?

yes, i play with a mac.

perhaps that is the problem you could try doing it on a windows computer
