Pirating(360) does not equal pirating(PC) ALL because it's harder to do on xbox? LOL
Both allows people to play games without paying for them. On PC you need a legit cd key to play on any real servers(cracked servers suck). On Xbox you can play online all you want with a boot leg copy.
I don't know about you but I have lot of friends with xbox360 and I know that none of them have downloaded any games for it. Then again I'm 99.9% sure they all have pirate games for pc.
doesn't change that there will be probably half a million or so people playing pirated version online on xbox360. Lets say 5 million buy it, that is 10%. While on cod4 pc only about 2% of the total players were on cracked servers. (somebody looked at every cracked server vs legit server).
Now with no dedicated servers, no mods, and having to buy dlc is a slap in the face for every pc gamer that ever support Infinity Ward. Without Pc gamers there wouldn't be any Call of Duty.
Even though I agree with you on everything you just said, PC gaming is starting to become a dieing race. So many people are switching over to console gaming for its simplicity. Activision knows for a fact that that is more of a foundation in consoles now than pc gaming. There is still a respectable amount of pc gaming going on now, that is a fact. But with the consoles becoming more of a common accessory in a home, attention is turning to the newer creation. I can honestly say that the amount of pc gamers compared to console gamers is miniscule. I honestly dont know of anybody getting this game for the pc at my school. However, for consoles (mainly 360) I can give you a list of people that are buying this game.
I only watched 1:14 of that video, and I am already way to excited. I don't want to watch anymore I want it all to be exciting, but that does look amazing!!
Yeah I'm extremely hyped up for the game. I heard you get the AK-47 at lvl 70 though, hope that's not true 'cause that would be a huge let down. There have been a few leaks, I'm trying not to go through them, but all of the content that mw2 has is pretty awesome.

Oh well. It was my fav gun in cod4 so I guess it's good that I have to work for it, but I'm going to prestige right after I get to 70... Ahh whatever, I'm probly just gonna use the famas or one of the other precision guns. I'm starting to love when I take out guys in one shot/burst.
With the recent Dev chat with IW regarding MW2, its a safe bet to say that the PC community is moving to another game, or sticking with MW or WAW. What a let down
There are leaked copies out there. It sucks, that is why I am trying to avoid as much information as possible up until the date. Somehow 360 copies were already being released.
Just put a ban on their pants for the next 100 years. I mean you can see he played it in his sig so he has his xbox connect to the internet. That way MS can see it too and they can ban those suckers lol...
Well, fourzerotwo (the MW2 community director) has already mentioned that everyone who is playing now has their name marked down in the leaderboards. There is no way that they can't be tracked. Now we will see what they do about all the people that got it illegally.

They will only reset the leaderboards, thats all. The problem is that most of the people that are playing online are not using cracked copies.
I rather save my points for DLC from GTA or Fable or what ever lol...Maybe Halo xD But who knows, I'll check that suit out xD. Should get in the mail tuesday, can't wait to get home then xD

Ya, but the thing about me is the only game I play for the most part is CoD. I like other games, but I have no desire to focus on anything else right now. I also liked the look of it, even though I wish it was ghillie suit.

Still haven't check my avatar, but I was playing TBoGT, totally forgot haha...
So, tomorrow is the last day of waiting. I can honestly say I cannot wait. I watched two leaked videos of MP and it was stunning. The best part is it didn't ruin anything. There are soooooo many possibilities in MP I never think I know all of it.
The game is already being sold, I went to a GameStop and they were selling it already. I didn't buy it just because I already pre-ordered online. I guess I'll wait.
Will be playing when my hardened edition comes in the mail. I'll be in SP until I beat the campaign then I'm on MP. Maybe try Spec Ops every once in a while.
Been watching live streams of people playing mw2. I must say that it looks extremely awesome.
I want it all to be exciting, but that does look amazing!!
