I'd say his/her party lured Isy, knocked her down to 1% hp or less and the whole party, except this nub, went to town. So he could make the last 1-2 attacks and got the kill.

maybe he just killed her like usual at the first spawn on hercules, its normal that people are lvling to 20-30 and kill uniques....teamplay guys
