lol if you judge rap from the radio station rap, your wrong! That rap isn't the real stuff, but that is what 50-60% of the people who listen to rap listen to. A lot of people who listen to rap don't even bother understanding the lyrics they just listen cause it sounds cool (at least around me they do)

i don't like rap all that much, i used to listen to eminem though, i think his lyrics are amazing but the genre itself isn't for me. i'm not saying it sucks, i just.. can't enjoy it.

Drake was a rich kid from Toronto, whom bought his way into the music business. Before he became rapper, he was an actor that starred in many shows. It's sad to see people like this get fame because of the money they have.. I know MANY underground rappers who will strive to be in his position whilst changing the rap game. Rappers like tupac, biggie, and eminem, are examples of rappers whom came from nothing, and had a story to tell to bring them to where they are. I certainly love 90's rap, and music.. hell even rock sounded better in the 90's. Everything was so original.

Eminem is a beast when it come to rap, there's this song featuring Drake, Lil'Wayne, Kanye West (yeah that's right) and Eminem called Forever, you might want to check it out, Eminem's part is god-like, he's the last one by the way so you can skip the rest.
