"There will also be two new heroes called Vindicator and Rampage. These are
speculated to be direct ports of Silencer and Spirit Breaker from DotA, but are not totally confirmed as of yet.
The other updates in the new patch will be things such as Matchmaking, New Game Mode, Stats Reset and PSR Scaling and even more Hero and Item Balance Tweaks.
Matchmaking:
The new Matchmaking system will allow solo players to queue for Ranked games, putting 10 players of similar skill together and then starting the game. More additions to this mode will be made to include full or partial teams at a later date.
New Game Mode:
The new game mode will be similar to the –cm (captains mode) in DotA. This will open up the playing field for more competitive games as it will allow players to pick in the format of 1-2-2-2-2-1 as well as allowing teams to ban heroes in a 1-1-1-1-1-1 fashion.
Stats Reset and PSR Scaling:
The new patch will also feature a revised PSR scaling technique which compensates for the latest changes to the PSR system. Unfortunately, all player stats will also be reset to zero.
Hero and Item Balance Tweaks:
In addition to all these fantastic new addons and features, there will also be hero and item balances in order to even the game out so that everyone competes at a level playing field."

There a captain for each team(pink blue),they both get to ban 2 Heroes(so a total of 4 heroes banned),then the rest is the usual way
