Have the minimum requirements been posted anywhere? I'm hoping an 8600 gt can cut it.

I don't think they have posted any requirements. We don't even know how many people each match holds to be honest. They have been doing a good job holding back on all the goodies and technical stuff.

But today during my classes I kept on reciting the speech at the part of the new video. It goes together so well, and makes me want to play SP right now.

My hand is down. 360 ftw. I'd get it for the pc but I suck at fps's on the pc and my pc is outdated and I have no money to spend on a better one. My pc can only run games released up to 2007-2008.

I don't want any of the special stuff, and my store always has enough that it lasts a week before selling out for any game usually, so no pre-order for me.

This got posted on a gamesite I go to:
OS: Windows Vista/XP

Processor: AMD 64 3200+ or Intel Pentium 4 3.0Ghz or better

Memory: 16 GB free hard drive space / 512 MB RAM (XP) / 1 GB RAM (Vista)

Video Card: Shader 3.0 or better 256 MB nVidia Geforce 6600GT / ATI Radeon 1600XT or better

I'll just buy the game for PS3, I'm really really REALLY dissapointed about no dedicated servers for PC, but eeeh, shit happens. Hopefully COD4 competitive will come back to Cybergamer and i might have some fun

The only flaw I see in the no dedicated servers idea is that people cannot make the awesome mods like before. Even with that I can see ways of getting around that.

But in the long run playing in the same server continuously will not be that much different than this. Ya, you won't be playing the same map over and over and over. But this way it stays fresh. I used to play BF2 Karkand infantry only servers all the time. But when playing CoD4 multiplayer, I knew all the maps equally and when my favorite map was picked, it made it special.

I say just give it a shot, and if you still don't like it, then drop it. There will always be other games, even though this one is going to be very good from what we have seen.
