Stay S/S....OR?

Well I have a lvl 78 pure Int s/s currently and..Im contemplating on going spear... Pros: Really strong/Hits harder, Can lvl faster, And it has good defense against other ints (Snake Storm). Cons: Weaker defense overall (no shield when using skills) No special stats like impotent which is good for taking less dmg, and Dies easily with snow if not careful. So my question is... Should I switch? I really like spear (skills, etc...) But I'll lose my extra defense from shield and I wont be able to land div/bleed/impo on my opponents. So would going spear be a bad idea? Or do you think Ill still do fine in pvp. My gear is all +3 +4 with pretty good blues.

Stay S/S of course. Best defense, nice skills, block, 15 sec fis def, status, KD... S/S rules

I don't think you would do much PvP at 78 so I would switch to spear till like 85 then switch back, but thats only if you got the cash and curst hearts.

spear is good for the extra hp
so your not really missing out on much
you still have stuns and kb so its not like your defenseless.
you will eat everything that comes your way without a shield.
but its all up to your playing style.

if the spear doesnt have ss on. then he will get 1-2 hit.

imo s/s nukers do better than spear nukers at PvP.

CTF: if more people attack you, S/S is much saver and you aren't that dependent on snow shield (still alot, but less

)
you also rarely need the highest snow, because it feels like a waste of MP in battle

1vs1: you got KD,debuffs, spear got stun+KB, i'd go for debuffs and KD

FW: there spear could be better, due to the higher dmg output and stun+KB instead of debuffs, which won't work at FW because of HW/HS

Holy shit. Are you serious? For 7 lvls first dlvl s/s and up spear, then dlvl spear and up s/s again? What a waste of cash, time, curst hearts and skillpoints.
