login screen is white

So i wanna play silkroad after like 6 months... I re-install the latest full version of the game, and when i press start, i go into the login screen, but it is completely white. I hear the music and see the mouse, but no login screen... what should i do??? HELP!

i play on a mac and i used to be able to play...
