Ok, I notice when reading in game it says "(lvl19)" does this mean I can only Knock down/stab people/mobs under level 19?

I'm just wondering, because if it's like that it's lame because first you get your knock down skill at 19 then it says (lvl19) in brackets, but doesn't really explain.

Hope u guys can some-what understand.

i think it's related with the 50% chance you have
you are able to knock down/stab higher levels but you have less chance

Yeah this, it's 50% chance to kd a lvl 19 (player or mob I assume). The higher the mob or player the lower your chance to kd him/her gets, I don't know if going to lower lvl mobs/players will increase it though.

The level only relates to the chance to knock down the opponent. From my experience, you can knock down opponents ~20 levels above the level of your KD (1/3 of the time very roughly). Also, the chance somewhat increases when you go to lower level mobs.
