advantage:
+Great vs chinese
+can heal / res as a chinese + Therapy

disadvantage:
no ghostwalk
no snowshield
no extra phys def of ice
bad vs Holyspell (lacking a mastery which you could've had)

or you could try XMoshe's 100 force/weapon 80 fire 20 ice build (at least thats what i think it was...)

I don't have a guide, but I talk alot about it cuz the build works pretty well even with 80 fire =] I'm a bower though and I dunno how it works with Glaives =/
