Level Up Games Silk Charge Method

Hey everyone,

My friend bought me 500 silk on Level Up Games Brazil, and I went to silkroadonline.net to charge it and when i went to payment method, Level Up wasn't there. I was wondering why it isn't there? is it because im in Canada and Level Up Games Brazil is only for IP's that are located in brazil?

Could be cuz when I try to buy silk for friends from Egypt I don't get the paypal option because the accounts are made from an Egyptian IP.
