Sungs or Rock golems(?).

I remember I got one of my chars plvl'd to 40, it was so lame 29-40 xd!

It's only the worst because there's not a lot of taxis for that level range.

11 levels difference from your level for ideal XP gain. 9 gap for masteries, so 20 levels from masteries for sp.

XP drops after 12 levels difference between your level and the mob. It's not much, maybe 1 or 2 points, so it doesn't really matter much.

SP doesn't seem to drop after a 9 gap/11 lvl difference in mob. I remember someone posting some tests about that.

SP drops as EXP drops.

PROTIP: Spawn rate & safe spot > differences in levels.
Powerlevel in range of 7 - 15 levels difference.

try to get rock golem or sungsung if not available try bunwangs and in worsed case mujigis or ishades but last 2 not recommended
