Vietnam Local Service Open Schedule

Hello. This is Silkroad Online.

Close beta service of Silkroad Online in Vietnamese language is in progress at the moment in Vietnam, and open service is planned for 9/14/2006. There may be a possibility of change in date, but the users in Vietnam, please take this into mind.

As mentioned few months ago, Vietnam IPs are scheduled to be blocked when open service begins in Vietnam. For a better service, please show your interest in the local service that will be supported in Vietnam language.

However, from now on, when a local language service is opened at another area, global service will continue to provide service without blocking the previous users using the service. Please remember this, and do not be confused.

As much as I think they are a bunch of asshats, if you read it is only for NEW players. So the Viets that are here, can still stay, they are not blocked

yeah i know bake, but i'd rather have it there and babel..

right now babel is full of CCF and vns 64+ with +7 everything. its kinda rediculous

theres less +7's than you might think, I have one, I made it, costed me an arm and a leg, I cant speak on behalf of the vn players, however I can speak on the behalf of people i talk to and play with, we dont CCF our equipment weather it be a +3, or a +7.

Amazingly I dont see that many +7s floating around, Ive seen only a few, Im curious to know where you are seeing all of these?

Go to any big job war with the major capped guilds on the server. Gold weapons and shields all over the place. Go look around stalls by the blacksmith in Hotan, there are usually a few selling 64 weapons with 5 imm / 5 astral on them.

How did this discussion wind up here though?

screw the weps can't they keep there accounts. Just get like an ip-hider which hides your ip and/or changes it to a different place, so people can't find out where you live.

I'm a Vietnamese living in Vietnam at the moment. I'm playing Silkroad on the local Vietnamese server since the 14 Septempre. I thank you for your cooperation with the Vietnamese Game industries to have this game in Vietnamese language which surely helps many too get throught this game.
But... I've read your post and I can't find a reason why we as the only Country's IP were blocked? I know, much of us aren't civilizated and give bad manners from them. But some true players like the game in the english language will see it as a great pity that we can't play it internationally anymore. It will be a great pleasure if you can explain me why we as the only country can't having that international SRO entertainment anymore? Thank you for reading, just explain me straightly and truely.

This is not the offical forum, knitlobe, so you will not get an official answer. However, let me try to explain.

The company which operates the new VNSRO wants Vietnamese players to play VNSRO so that it can make money. Joymax wants that company to make money so that Joymax will make money. Part of the deal between that company and Joymax, which allows that company to operate VNSRO, is that Vietnamese players will be blocked from ISRO.

So, this block is not happening because Joymax does not like Vietnamese players. It is only happening because the company in charge of VNSRO wants all Vietnamese players to play VNSRO.

well I have noticed many of the DaCoViets on my server in the past couple of days. they found away around the block???? Although now late at night the servers are empty and there is nothing to do.....

Either that or do a 5 star trade run from jangan to hotan and back

With so few people on the server, it should be at least a little easier.

Sorry for bumping this thread.. But I have one thing to say...

FUUUUUUUUKKIN W00T... But I still see viets around in alps who are lvl 64+ killing lvl 20's and saying "noob" at them..

P.S: block the turk botters ffs :/
