Alright, since the mastery lvl is going to raise to 330, I think my build will be 90bich/90fire/90cold/60light, imma stay at lvl 99 with 9 gap because well that lvl should be high enough for jobbing, pvping, ctfing for a good while

It won't, you really need capped skills to be decent in pvp/job/ctf
