and p2p like... prescription.
new game roughly £40
AION £29. + £10 a month roughly..
so if you dont get like a high level and enjoy your time by then its more then £40. so its more expensive then say... cod:mw2 or ODST or w.e... thats why i think its expensive...
you shouldnt need to pay to have fun. just a rule i live by
I'd rather p2p and know how long or when i will get into the server than sit with a shitty scroll bar going backwards and forwards and guessing how long i'll get in. Not counting that half the time the thing stops going so you have to restart the client.
I could buy a premium ticket but to still deal with only to grind, grind, and grind again. No story mode, quests are lame, and nothing that even follows a "Silkroad" story. The PVP System sucks its versus people that have spammed the POP system or bought gold to buy top gear. People begging for 10k plss or exchange spam when stepping outsite of the gate, random disconnects as your walking or stalling.. Uncontrolable amount of spam bots and gold bots with no ACTIVE GM's. The towns are suppost to be the best part of the game to chat, but you can't even chat inside the town.
I could go on but right now Aion trumps Silkroad gameplay and login times, GM Response and updates that are successful not half assed done like Joymax were either your login security is compromised or a new patch or update has faults (almost everyone of those).
The reason the game isn't P2P is because Joymax suck at producing the game, the code has most likely been done by so many different people that have worked and quit Joymax. The CA office of Joymax had staff that posted on here on how the regular routine day went. If that isn't enough to show you the past and future of how Joymax works then your just too addicted in the game to realize the game is shit.
And none of facts are based on Silkroad if it was successful or handled by a better company. Joymax have casted a cloud that has showed me how they want us to play the game. They should of taken action against the bots years ago yes (YEARS AGO).
For those still playing and defending Silkroad well one can only imagine what your doing.
Nothing personal but out of the 4 years of experience with Silkroad i know the things i loved and hated about the game. There was more hate then love and when that happens why continue playing something you hate. Silkroad was my first MMO hated wow, and ever since i have started playing Aion it brings back good memory's because things are similar.
