Problem with installer

I've downloaded the client 3 times by now and I still can't install it.
There are no messages, the PC just crashes when I click it and I have to reboot....
I even brought the installer I've downloaded at home [which had the same exact problem but it got solved somehow] but the problem remains :banghead:

any suggestions? :?
