What do you find is the faster way to level up? Grinding and doing campaign or quest and campaign?

Quest and campaign, but later on grinding.. sorta. Some quests require you to run from across the map just for a low amount of xp.. yeah instead of wasting 10minutes I'd get x5 more than that.

Took me 3 days of playing the open beta to hit 16. I didn't really go hardcore but I tried to level really fast..Seeing DR hit 18 in one day lowered my spirits a little >_>

I finally logged in..and it kicked me minutes later

Theres lv 25 sorc already, but I'm sure they just grind and do campaign.

Took me about.. 3 days to hit 20, but I didn't really take it as serious leveling in open beta. ATM Lv 13 and crafting 40 element stones then like over nine thousand pots. I bought 600 Azpha for like 5k. Long time alt tabbed lol

Now onto 69 pots to craft. 207 to sell.. think i'm ganna make 100k easily.

Aaaaaand.. finish 18minutes later. With 206 pots crafted and now to sell them. XD

Hitting 20 in a day is easy once you know what you're doing. I'm gonna chuckle once all of the beta players hit 30 and don't know what to do =P.

It would be shity when you need to buy a 30 day card and you only want to test the game....

When I have to pay: Are there cheaper ways (like 10 day cards or 1 day cards) to play ?

Pls just answer fast so the main discussion can go on.

You can't test this game for free or with not buying the game outright anymore for atm. There might be free 10 days trial later on but it could take awhile IF the game is relatively successful.

Yea, didn't mean for it to seem so condescending when I put the lvl20 comment. The first time you play a game is usually the best =P.
However. Having played the Chinese, my Legion is working hard to get one of the first fortress captures =P.

Just bought it, downloading will take some time... will make a elyos sorc on a us eastern server, any facts / suggestions for picking one of those servers? (don't want to get stuck playing on the same server as avalon)

All I've heard is that avalon moved to a west server. If you want you can come to Machutan, where I am. Although I don't really know you, I can help you out with info if needed. Other than that, just keep in mind that triniel is usually the most crowded....it often has queues of 2hours +

No, you have to learn crafting from the respective npc in sanctum/pandemonium. You can then level the crafting with work orders(mats are buy-able from an npc). You will need gathering mats if you want to actually make weps/food/armor/pots.

Not much to say, it's PvP....6v6 skirmishes in the abyss are common, so is 1v1 ganking. Forts are capturable at around 35+, and while going through the PvE mobs in there, you can also get killed by the opposite faction, also you have to defend your fort once it has been captured. Over all the class balance is good, but solo PvP isn't the focus.

You can't speak to the opposite faction. Well, except through private stalls if you happen to run into each other somewhere.
