We need a section where post count isnt counted so we can just have random conversations.

Yeah but with topics people are able to leave comments on something through out the day rather than having to be there in the chat at the same time as you. A section like that lets people post things without them getting crap regarding spam,e-pen,e-vag,etc. I think it can have the potential to be a new otl for people who really don't care about post count. You can avoid being in a chat room with ppl u don't want to talk too lol.

i've been in so many forums where there's a special forum called "Spam"

No post count and spam fest, but its not recommended here imo.
Will be a lot of hot discussions and mroe arguments and mroe drama and more serious people on the internetz =/
