Its rebirth of character, you can do it at 135 lvl but its better to do at 150lvl
Whats the point?? Well ascended characters are much stronger, for example lvl 100 ascended would pwn lvl 150 non ascended.
Atm only players on server Billows can ascend.

No no, all servers get it, and yes you start back on lvl 15 if you ascend (you can also choose a new faction) anyway, i'm taking a small break (i'll keep lvl'ing my new character, dunno what faction tho, maybe a vim => ascended and then choose character...) because of MW2

Because to activate ascension server need to have 300 players over 135lvl and then quests activates. After completing the 1000 times by all players Ascension activates.
So far only Billows did all that.

Billows has the biggest and most competitive player base out of the 4 servers. Thats the reason we got it first.
Doom Bog I believe is just about to unlock the 1000 quest requirement. Shura and Wildlands are way behind. Wildlands is the newest server and Shura doesn't have an active community.
Unlocking the update was controlled by the players of each server.
