Have to consider watts and amperage on the rails. You want one with good amps on the 12v+ rail. I haven't looked into PSU's in awhile, built my current setup 1yr ago, so I'm out of the loop on which one is best and what the power requirements of that card are.. you should be able to find the specs on it somewhere. Nvidia site for sure.

Get a nice big full tower case, you'll be able to put whatever you want in it.

i cut out part of the HD bay, put PC back together(including new PSU) and i go to put the card it, you know what happens? it's so big that it blocks all 4 of my SATA ports,

need new mobo, on a better note though this new PSU is SOOOO quiet, when i turned it on i was scared that nothing was working and i had fucked up, but nope it's just super quiet.
