im lvl 38, and have 101%magic balance,
pure int, +3 int on sword ,+3 on shield, +3 on earring ,+3 on only 1 ring, +1 on Necklace.

Im sp farming now and have int3 on all my gears. 133% mag balance at lvl 16

Of course not that it matters much at that lvl, no nukes. (using bow for now)
