That noob flower disappears itself after u hit 20 and you can't get it back. And yeah you can not choose not to have it when you're lower then 20.
The first picture is probably fake cause he doesn't have the noob flower. A real GM should and could have the noob flower there.

Maybe GMs can still enable it after lv20 and that gm could have been under 20 too, they dont have to be max lv always.

my bad, I wanted to say that yeah you can disable the flower when you are under 20. And you can't enable it when you are over 20.
Why would a gm want a noob flower next to his name? Well, that's what they always had, ask them why exactly.

Flower appears on all new characters disappears when a character hits a level beyond 19. Since the characters were created at lv 70(We'll say level 70) it's a new character that never leveled up once before. Making that flower appear. Which is why you see it on tests server, gng matches, and GMs.

They dont enable it.. it's just that the never hit a level.
