At what time do you eat dinner?

I was kinda curious what the universal time for supper is. Even in a country as small as Holland there are some big fluctuations, people in the south eat way earlier than in the north. (Generally speaking and from my own experience!)

I personally prefer to eat at around 6PM.
I added in AM but I don't really know who eats in the AM besides people working nightshifts or something.

I'd be so hungry if I ate at that time. I usually have a breakfast at 5-6pm.
8-9pm my vote. Hardly ever at 10pm.

Im a college student living with friends in a student house, i usually only eat one meal a day and thats a 6" subway at lunch time around 2pm.

Reason why i don't cook is becuase i can't cook and my house kitchen has no food, only drink.

Not even kidding, the other food type items i have in my fridge is a lime and a lemmon, wonder what thats for?

We order a chinese or pizza on the weekends!

My alltime record is breakfast at 10.34pm and...well never actually getting to dinner.

I hate eating as soon as 6pm it just feels awkward.

It has to do with your body's natural clock and the time it needs for it to digest food. Sleeping too soon after you eat isn't supposed to be good.

Also you gain weight (especially for women) if you eat something heavy when its late. It doesn't really seem to matter when your a teenager or 20-something..just wait until your eating habits carry over until your 40 and you start growing a muffin top around your belt
