Help with the new Roc mt. quests please =(

Hi.
Iv been searching and looking for info about the roc quests that gives special stones
I couldnt find the NPC, Iv been at the NPC mmosite said, but the guy got no quest for me.

1. NPC i went to was Pahap Nepthire dude no quest
2. Hotan Blacksmith guy, no quest.
3. Hotan protector seller , no quest
4. Hotan grocery dude , no ques

Can anyone tell me where to start with this quest.
What do i have to do =/

mosse, do u mean the stones for reduction of disease chance and so on?
if yes, ure and noob! xD u can drop them at rock (the tablets) and its spawn

So there is no quest?
its just tablets from roc?

and

joymax annoced a list of quest and some of those quests had special stones as reward.
and '' Start NPCs '' those NPC's wont give me quest.

yes i was also thinking that he may be too low of a level to finish the quest.

The quests are obtained at the hotan refinery dude (Bunwang quest guy, to the right of guild storage) you need to bring him 3x spirits from the mini uniques or roc and that's all to complete the quest. then he gives you the stone.. 3x gnome = fear reduce stone. you can't get them by doing some random quest in roc mountain, they only give you 100% hp potions.. some renamed trigger scrolls.. and res scrolls.
