Hybrid Sword/Shiled Question

im making a hybrid sword/shieldand i have a few questions..

do i leave int at 80 % 85% or 90%??
and
which do better in these situations?

Jobing = hybrid spear or sword/shield?
pvp = hybrid spear or sword/shield?
pve = hybrid spear or sword/shield?

all your help is appriecieted ..thaanx

I would think that 90% would be good, and it depends on what wepon mastery your gonna use, I'd say s/s pve spear pvp.

In really all of the above hybrid = spear

Uhh, fire or light. Cold = useless for nukes / imbue
