Chargeback Time?

Hey guys my account was hacked so I charged back cause I didnt want the fcker using my char for stuff...but Im wondering how long does the ban on the char usually last... I know its not 100 years or w/e because Disconn3cted gave away his char and then chargedback but...it was unbanned after like a couple days or something

I heard you don't get money back now if you chargeback I think JM changed their TOS.

I have heard people say that they contacted JM directly(telephone) and got accounts unbanned that way.

Well... I called them and they are no fcking help...I dont want my money back I just wanna know how long until my account gets unbanned...cause disconn3cted's char got unbanned after some time and he chargedback
I got my char's email back but...now I have to wait till they unban the account

Last time i tried, Approx 2 weeks.
But i am sure you can get them to unban your account sooner, but you need to call them n complain alot.
But b4 you do, you need to close your dispute in PP.
If you srsly want your cash back, you can try calling your CC company, file a dispute.
It is the best time to file a dispute with CC company now.
Reason being that their Premium is Semi Broken for all those who had 2 extra days of Prem from roll back.
Just file under "Unmatched Item" or something like that.
I am pretty sure this is the only time you might actually get your money back.

If you chargeback on an account, it is banned within 10 mins or so. If you want to get the account unbanned, the way i know of is to cancel the chargeback, doing it this way will get the account unbanned in like 1 hour.

I did the same.
Already emailed them asking for my account to be unbanned but they said there was nothing they could do...
Someone said they would unban you after 7 days, which is tomorrow for me, so... let's just hope it's true.

Lmfao i did chargeback on my own char cuz i didnt like it its lvl 65 archers (i ..... up my build cba doing cursed hearths lol) And now its unbanned again well let me explain something ...
To Gain ur account back then u should or...

1) The chargeback has been resolved and the payment received.

2) The valid card/account holder has cancelled the claim.

This Comes from Joymax Entertaiment himself

So u have to wait Max 10 days and ur account will be unbanned again .

One of my freinds buy like 500silks and never got the silks so he chargeback got him self bann then like couple months got his account back with the 500silks so call them send them bunch of emails!!

few weeks here and i doubt you can change any of those...if you could there would be more rollbacks xD
