round 50 non stop

How far can you jog without stopping?
ran for an hour the other day. was like 6 miles. think i can go for like 2. maybe.....

70 - don't do them often but I try to do more every time, too lazy for it tbh.

How many crunches can you do?
- not sure, never get tired from doing them, I'm more likely to get bored of doing them s: lets say over 100 - never bothered doing more though

How far can you jog without stopping?
- never really jogged, I'm weird though, 3 weeks ago I ran home from town.. it's about 5 kilometers away, just to see if I could do it without stopping, never even got tired since it's all about controlling your breathing basically. So 5 kilometers took about 20 minutes with me being completely drenched at the end but not tired or aching at all.

or maybe just cause we play sro or w.e doesn't mean we don't have real lives? doing 80-100 pushups is nothing. i barely ever work out and thats what im at. 50 crunches aren't hard. and running its all about how far you can push yourself.

i'm not gonna make a video to prove to you that i can do 100 pushups. ive got nothing to prove to you. but im not arguing, maybe you just gotta give people the benefit of the doubt sometimes. i haz no e-peen so no need to worry bout that lol.

Crunchs: 100 (We used to do a 1,000 a day for wrestling and football)

Pushups: 100 *Im not lying been doing it for 1 year started with 20 kept on building it up adding 10 more when i feel like i can do more*

Crunches: 50 :( *I suck at these*

Jogging: No/Sorta
