No. x86 means just that, Intel processors & AMD's. It's based on the 8086/80286/386/486/586 moniker. As opposed to a DEC Alpha or something. There are other processors besides those in an IBM PC, yanno.
x64 means 64-bit. No preface usually means 32-bit.
